Primo Media (Pty) Ltd – General Terms and Conditions
Quotes are valid for 7 days from date client is quoted and quotation sent through.
Should Primo Media (Pty) Ltd not get any correspondence or feedback from the client within 2 weeks after initial payment, their deposit will be forfeited.
Should a quotation initially be accepted & signed for and then be declined by the client, a cancellation fee of 10% of the quoted amount, up to a maximum of R3000 be charged and should be settled within 1 week of cancellation by the client.
Only cash and EFT accepted. Proof of payment should be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. EFT payments must clear in our account before order will be processed.
Designing of the website will only be started once the invoice has been paid for (required deposit % or full). Please contact Primo Media (Pty) Ltd to confirm that the payment was received.
Please note payment deposit amount is a 50% for Websites with remaining balance (other 50%) to be paid on completion of website before website is made live.
Primo Media (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines if payment was not made in time, or client did not confirm receipt of payment.
All invoices need to be paid in full 1 calendar month from notification that the website is ready, otherwise interest will be charged to the account in arrears at a rate of 5% per month
Primo Media (Pty) Ltd Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Signed quotations / invoices (received physically or via email) constitute a binding contract and are legally enforceable.
Once a quotation / invoice has been signed off and processed, cancellations cannot be made regardless the reason for the cancellation. Admin and cancellation fees will be charged according to the invoice amount.
Cancellation fees need to be paid before further invoices can be processed for future design jobs for the client.
If cancellation is accepted, refunds can take up to 30 business days to process. The amount that will be refunded will be the paid amount minus cancellation fees.
After a test link has been sent to the client, the client will have 5 working days for any amendments, within scope. If no feedback is received from the client within this period, the website will be assumed signed off.
When the final changes have been made and final payment has been done, the site will be made live.
Once the website has been completed, Primo Media (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for any of the following:
– Any Software that must be updated on the website
– Creating back-ups of the website for the client
– Repairs to the website due to client error
If any of the above mentioned occurs & needs to be looked at, the client will be consulted with & amount quoted for any repairs / backups / updates that need to happen according to the client.
If hosting is done through Primo Media (Pty) Ltd, hosting fees need to be paid each month to avoid suspension of the client’s website (Hosting fees & options will be discussed with the client prior to invoicing & starting of website design)
Primo Media (Pty) Ltd has the right to disable the site at any time due to non payment or security risks to the server.
